Small hotel.
Affable staff all over the place. Unbeatable location just off the center of one of the great European Capital, and Spain in a secure area. Nearby Clique Bar & Lounge - great place to chill out.

The helpful staff provided excellent local recommendations.
The room's thin walls allowed for quite a bit of noise from neighbors, which could disrupt sleep at times.

We enjoyed our stay with the family in a cozy economy double room. The location was perfect, great to explore various attractions at walking distance while still being on a quiet street. The staff's local tips on cafes and sights.
My kids wished for better breakfast options.

missingWrote a review on 27 Augoutdated facilitiespoor service
I was expecting an upgrade for my stay but apparently, they only cater to the elite. The outdated stairs were terrifying, and it's absurd there was no space for my suitcase-two pillows for a double room, really? I almost thought about recommending it but I just couldn't bring myself to. What a letdown!

The location is ideal for exploring Madrid. It's just a short walk to iconic sites like El Retiro Park and the famous Prado Museum. The room was cozy and clean, and the shower was fantastic. The stand-out feature was the helpful staff, especially Roberto, who provided excellent local tips and made the check-in process easy. The café next door serves a to-die-for carrot cake that's perfect for an afternoon break.
Dark hallway navigation.
